506 billion imported from Birgunj in 10 months, 79 billion exported

Machinery and their parts worth Rs 29.02 billion have been imported in the last 10 months of the current fiscal year. Similarly, goods made of iron and iron worth Rs 28.51 billion have been imported. In the same period, all kinds of allopathic medicines worth Rs 23.85 billion were introduced.

In the 10 months of the current fiscal year, not only imports but also exports have seen a significant increase. Goods and goods worth Rs 79.03 billion have been exported to foreign countries through this border point in the 10 months of the current fiscal year. In the last 10 months of the last fiscal year, goods and goods worth Rs 25.48 billion had reached foreign countries through this border point. In comparison to the 10 months of the last fiscal year, exports increased by 210.16 percent or Rs 53.55 billion in the same period of the current fiscal year.

In the 10 months of the current fiscal year, 219.246 million liters of refined oil worth Rs 46.53 billion has been exported. In the same period of the last fiscal year, only 464,093 liters of goods worth Rs 90 million were exported.

In the 10 months of the current fiscal year, 35,223,824 liters of sunflower oil worth Rs 7.27 billion has been exported. In the last fiscal year, 527,291 liters of sunflower oil worth Rs 100 million was exported.
