MoU between Citizen Investment Fund and Department of Land Management

Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between the Citizen Investment Fund and the Department of Land Management and Records to freeze and release the mortgage through the online system.

The agreement was signed by Executive Director parbat Kumar Karki on behalf of the Fund and Director General of the Department Shiva Prasad Regmi.

After the agreement, the mortgage of housing and simple loans provided by the Fund in The Kathmandu Valley will be frozen and waived online.

The Fund believes that the service providers will get effective service by completing the work related to housing loan in a speedy manner.
