Sanvi Energy’s IPO to go on sale today

Kathmandu. Sanvi Energy Limited has launched its IPO for the general public from May 15. The company had received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue a total of 3.79 million units of IPO at the rate of Rs 100 per share.

Of these, 880,000 units have already been issued for project-affected locals and 291,000 units for Nepalis in foreign employment.

Of the remaining 2.619 million units, 145,500 units have been reserved for mutual funds and 58,200 units for employees of the company.  Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 20,000 units. The last date for submission of applications is May 15.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is the issue manager of the company.
