Kathmandu. Samrat Cement Company’s business has declined. The company’s business declined by 48.52 percent in 2024 compared to 2023.
The company has a turnover of Rs 1.77 billion in 2024 and Rs 3.37 billion in 2023.
Similarly, the company had a turnover of Rs 4.87 billion in 2022. Looking at the business situation of the company, there is a decline in turnover every year.
Established in 2013, the company has been producing cement at a capacity of 3,600 metric tonnes. In addition, the company has been operating a limestone industry with a capacity of 4,000 metric tons. The Dang-based company has been selling OPC and PPC cement under Gajraj, Gajraj Premium, Baz, Baz Premium, Badshah, Samrat and Samrat Premium brands.
The company has been rated at Rs 10.14 billion for long-term loans and Rs 2.35 billion for short-term loans. Anil Kumar Rungta is the chairman of the company.
