Stock market rises by double digits, turnover crosses Rs 9.82 billion

Kathmandu. On the last trading day of the week, the stock market rose by double digits. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) closed at 2,688.91 with a gain of 19.40 points.

A total of 2,23,96,329 units of shares of 314 companies were traded on Thursday and a total of Rs 9.82 billion was collected.

On Thursday, Ngadi Power Company recorded the highest turnover. The company has collected more than Rs 699 million and the shares of the company have reached Rs 379 per share.

On Thursday, the share price of 104 companies increased, while the share price of 142 companies declined and the share price of one company remained stable.

On Thursday, the share price of one company has seen a positive circuit and the share price of one company has seen a negative circuit.
