Kathmandu. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the influence of westerly and local winds is present in the country and the water vapor-rich air coming from the Bay of Bengal and arabian sea is partially affected.
According to the Division, the weather will be partly to generally cloudy throughout the country today afternoon and night. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of the hilly region including Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, Gandaki and Sudur Pashchim provinces. Light rain and snowfall may occur at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous regions of the country.
