Chyangdi Hydropower to issue right shares from June 1

Kathmandu. Chyangdi Hydropower Limited is going to issue 100 percent right shares. The company is going to issue 100 percent right shares from June 1.

The company has received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue a total of 3,869,775 units of right shares at the rate of Rs 100 per share in the ratio of 1:1.

According to a notice issued by the company, only shareholders can apply for the rights issue project as the company has closed the book on June 15. Applications can be made for the shares till July 30.

Global IME Capital Limited is also the issue manager of the company.
