LIC Nepal’s dividend announcement

Kathmandu. Life Insurance Corporation (LIC Nepal) has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profits of the last financial year.

The insurance company has announced to distribute 10 percent bonus shares of the existing paid-up capital and 0.52 percent cash dividend for its tax purposes.

A meeting of the insurance company’s board of directors held on May 14 decided to distribute dividend at the same rate.

The dividend will be distributed at the rate after it is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
