Salpa Bikas Bank to issue IPO, seeks permission from board

Kathmandu. Salpa Bikas Bank has sought permission for IPO issuance. The bank has applied to the Nepal Securities Board for permission to issue the IPO.

The bank has sought permission to issue 1,723,880 units of IPO worth 172,388,000 rupees at a face value of 100 rupees.

Muktinath Capital is the bank’s IPO sales manager.
