Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between Arga Bhagwati Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and Kumari Capital Limited. The agreement was signed by Kushal Thapa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arga Bhagwati Ventures, and Pushpa Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of Kumari Capital Limited.
According to the said agreement, Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed to complete all the work required for the listing of Arga Bhagwati’s renewable solar project through the institutional consulting service Way to Listing, such as company conversion, public offering, etc., in coordination with the regulatory bodies.
Arga Bhagwati Ventures is currently continuously progressing the construction of a 10 MW renewable solar power generation plant in Arghakhanchi district. .
The company’s chairman revealed that the goal is to complete all the project works in a short time and distribute the electricity generated through the national transmission line, thereby contributing to the country’s economic growth and promoting a clean environment.
Recently, the financial closure has been completed through Prime Commercial Bank Limited as the financial management.
