Kathmandu. CPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that a two-thirds strong government has not been able to appoint a governor. Expressing his opinion on the government’s policies and programs, he said that the government has not been able to appoint a governor because of middlemen.

Prachanda said, “The two-thirds government has not appointed a governor of the National Bank for a month, people sitting in the political establishment have said who has reached the Prime Minister’s bedroom. From this, it is not known who the government has worked for.”

Prachanda said that he was accused of being hasty in leaving power when his own government was about to collapse, saying that this government was formed by middlemen. He alleges that the government is completely in the service of middlemen and mafia.

Prachanda also accused the Oli government of protecting the corrupt. He alleged that the country was placed on the ‘grey’ list of the Financial Action Task Force because of protecting the corrupt. Prachanda claims that the government will collapse under its own weight. He added, “Technically, the government has not collapsed. But the government has collapsed in the minds of the people.”
