Kathmandu. Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said that the Communist Party was established to bring about economic and social transformation by ending poverty, backwardness, and discrimination in the country. Issuing a message of congratulations on the occasion of the 76th Foundation Day of the Communist Party of Nepal, he said that the distortions and anomalies in the current politics are due to the deviation in the ideals and lifestyle of the leaders of the Communist Party.
He recalled that the Communist Party played an important role in all the movements against autocracy in the country. Chairman Nepal, who is also a former Prime Minister, said that communist leaders should be loyal and should move forward with communist ideals and a spirit of sacrifice, penance, and sacrifice, with a spirit of social change and human service.
Praising the efforts being made to bring together various leftist forces scattered across the country, Chairman Nepal emphasized the need to move forward by uniting with parties that share similar ideological perspectives and collaborating with democratic, socialist, and other ideological groups.
