Kathmandu. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ajay Kumar Chaurasia has said that work is progressing to pass the laws quickly. In a meeting of the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee held at Singha Durbar on Friday, he said that efforts will be made to amend the laws in the coming days by covering only the issues of the relevant ministries.
Minister Chaurasia, responding to the issue raised by MP Sobita Gautam, said that laws will be brought in the coming days by covering only the relevant ministries. He said that the bill to amend some Nepal Acts has taken a long time because there are many amendments and insisted on bringing laws to be passed quickly in the coming days. He objected to the statement that Nepal was put on the grey list because of the current government.
