Kathmandu. Neco Insurance Limited is going to auction undistributed shares. The company will sell undistributed shares that were not included in the allotment of rights shares issued by the company from Falgun 8 to Chaitra 14 through the auction process from Baisakh 12.
After the allotment of the company’s rights, a total of 225,261.35 shares were left, including 43,779.52 shares of the founder group and 181,481.83 shares of the general group. Now the company is going to sell the same shares.
The minimum price per share is fixed at Rs 100, while the application can be made for a minimum of 100 shares and a maximum of all shares. Anyone interested can apply.
The last date for application is April 21st, and Sanima Capital Limited will be the sales manager.
