Pure Energy’s IPO on sale from today

Kathmandu. Applications can be submitted for the IPO of Pure Energy Limited from today (Chait 28).

The company had received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue a total of 1.6 million IPO units at a price of Rs 100 per unit. Out of which, 160,000 units have been issued and distributed to project-affected locals and 144,000 units to Nepalese employed abroad.

The company has stated that out of the 1,296,000 units remaining after the first phase of IPO distribution, 72,000 units have been reserved for the collective investment fund and 28,800 units for the company’s employees. Thus, the remaining 1,195,200 shares have been issued to the public.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares. The last date for applying is April 2.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the underwriter and manager of the company’s securities.
