Kathmandu. Today (Chait 26) is the last day to apply for the FPO that was opened for issuance and sale by Bin Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited since Chait 21. Laghubitta had issued 51 thousand 292.5 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 per unit, equivalent to Rs 51 lakh 29 thousand 250.
As of 5 pm on Chait 25, 16 lakh 93 thousand 859 people have applied for 1 crore 91 thousand 250 units of shares worth Rs 2 billion 91 lakh 25 thousand in the FPO of Laghubitta. Microfinance has issued an FPO to the general public to maintain 30 percent of the public’s share in the capital structure in accordance with Section 9 of the Banks and Financial Institutions Act 2073.
The company has stated that a minimum of 10 units will have to be applied for in the FPO of microfinance, while a maximum of 1,000 units can be applied for. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is the securities issuance and sale manager of microfinance.
