Kathmandu. Samata Domestic Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has put up for sale 5,790 units of promoter shares. The institution has put up for sale the shares held in the names of the promoter shareholders.
The existing promoter shareholders who are interested in purchasing the said shares will have to submit an application stating the details of their intention to purchase to the company’s central office in Banepa within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The institution has stated that if no application for the purchase of the said shares is received from the promoter shareholders within this deadline, the institution will sell them to the general public.
