Kulman was dismissed for not collecting trunkline and dedicated line fees: MP Dhakal

Kathmandu. National Independent Party MP Hari Dhakal has accused Kulman Ghising of being dismissed from his post due to the failure to reach a compromise between the Ministry of Energy and the Nepal Electricity Authority. He said this while talking to media persons at the Federal Parliament Complex, New Baneshwor, on Wednesday.

He said that the government’s objective is not to collect trunkline and dedicated line fees. He said that the government cowardly removed Ghising from his post even though the authority had earned a profit of Rs 12 billion during his tenure, and that this decision is unacceptable for him and his party.
