Kathmandu. CPN (UML) Chief Whip Mahesh Bartaula has said that the opposition’s demand for a response from the Prime Minister on the matter of the Council of Ministers’ removal of Kulman Ghising from his post is a non-political and unparliamentary demand. Talking to media persons at the Federal Parliament Complex, New Baneshwor on Wednesday, Chief Whip Bartaula made this comment.
He said that there is no justification for the opposition party’s obstruction in Parliament by deifying a faceless employee. He alleged that the obstruction was created in a malicious manner to prevent the government from passing the replacement bills brought through the ordinance.
He said that the Prime Minister does not have to keep answering, saying that the appointment, removal and transfer of employees are the regular work of the government. He said that the departmental minister will provide an answer regarding the decision to dismiss Kulman.
