Kathmandu. Minister for Education, Science and Information Technology, Bidya Bhattarai, has said that there is a need to enact a law to improve the quality of the education sector. Speaking at the meeting of the Education, Science and Information Technology Committee on Tuesday, Minister Bhattarai said this.
She said that while the government has focused on expanding the education sector, nothing has been done for its quality. She said that no act has been made to define the relationship between the state and universities to date.
She also informed that it is necessary to create an environment where universities can work openly. . She said that scientists are in trouble due to the problem of having to take permission from the Ministry of Finance for everything. He emphasizes the need to enact a law that provides quality education to the youth to create an environment where they can live in Nepal.
