Kathmandu. President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Chandra Prasad Dhakal has said that the government should emphasize on implementing the amended laws. Speaking at the convention of the National Federation of Industries and Businesses on Friday, he said that the government should implement the amended laws and give a commitment to policy stability.
He said that stability is also necessary to permanently maintain the decision of the current government to create a business environment by amending the laws that are considered obstacles. Chairman Dhakal said that the system put forward by the government by amending the law needs to be implemented immediately.
Says that everyone needs to understand the truth that despite good laws and arrangements in Nepal, no one has been able to benefit due to weak implementation. He also said that if there is policy stability, there will be an environment in Nepal where capital and investment from within Nepal can do a lot of work. He also said that the government should identify the aspects that disrupt the business environment in a timely manner. He complained that the obstacles and unwanted activities faced by businessmen and industrial establishments at various times have made him wonder if he made a mistake by investing in Nepal.
He said that no one should ignore the risk and courage taken by businessmen to operate industrial establishments.
