Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen by double digits on the first trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index fell by 21.63 points to 2714.85.
On Sunday, 13.974 million 452 shares of 316 companies were bought and sold, resulting in a turnover of Rs 6.836 billion 40.47 billion.
On Sunday, shares of 56 companies increased, including 8.19 percent of Community Microfinance, 5.34 percent of Bishal Bazaar Company, 4.43 percent of RSDC Microfinance, and 4.18 percent of Upper Hewa Khola Hydropower.
Similarly, today, Green Development Bank Shares of 237 companies have declined, including 7.91 percent of People’s Hydropower, 7.33 percent of Veen Nepal Laghubitta, 6.63 percent of Prabhu Insurance Company, and 6.37 percent of Prabhu Insurance Company.
