According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather is currently partly to generally cloudy in Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Gandaki provinces, partly cloudy in Lumbini province and the rest of the hilly areas, and mainly clear in the rest of the areas.
Light rain with thunder and lightning is occurring in a few places in Karnali province and one or two places in Sudurpaschim province.
This afternoon, the weather will be partly to generally cloudy in the hilly areas of the country including Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces, and partly cloudy to mainly clear in the rest of the areas, the division has stated.
