Kathmandu. The Nepal Insurance Authority is going to conduct a hearing for the purpose of hearing complaints related to insurance claims at the Authority’s central office building in Kupandol, Lalitpur from the upcoming 1st of Baisakh 2082.
The meeting of the Authority’s Board of Directors held on 27th of Falgun 2081 BS has decided to direct the management to make physical arrangements and other necessary preparations for conducting a hearing in the Authority’s building for the purpose of hearing complaints related to insurance claims filed with the Authority, effective from 1st of Baisakh 2082 BS.
Similarly, the meeting of the Authority’s Board of Directors has also decided to direct the management to publish the weekly and other cause lists and decisions on the Authority’s website regarding the insurance claim complaints filed with the Authority.
