Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that banks and financial institutions will no longer be allowed to use VPNs in their mobile banking. The Rastra Bank on Wednesday issued a unified directive regarding a payment system, stating that mobile banking will no longer be allowed to be used using VPNs.
