Five non-life insurance companies announce dividends, Siddhartha Premier has the highest

Kathmandu. Out of 12 non-life insurance companies, 5 companies have declared dividends so far.

Siddhartha Premium Insurance is the company that has given the highest dividend to shareholders from the profit of the financial year 080/081. The company has declared a 30 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Similarly, Shikhar Insurance has decided to give 10.53 percent bonus shares and 0.52 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the financial year 080/081.

Similarly, Nepal Insurance Company Limited has decided not to give any dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. National Insurance Company has not published any information regarding dividends. The company had given 10 percent cash dividend and 4 percent bonus shares to the shareholders in the previous fiscal year 079/080.

Neco Insurance has also not published any information regarding dividends. The company has not given any dividends in the previous fiscal year. Similarly, Prabhu Insurance Company has not published a dividend notice, but has given a 5 percent dividend to shareholders in the previous fiscal year 2079/080.

NLG Insurance has decided not to pay dividends to shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2080/081.

Himalayan Everest Insurance has decided to pay a cash dividend of 8.75 from the profits of the fiscal year 2080/081. Sanima GIC Insurance has decided to give bonus shares of 7.5 percent and cash dividend of 0.39 percent from the profit of the fiscal year 080/081.

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance has not published any information regarding dividends. In the previous fiscal year, the company had given 5 percent cash dividend to shareholders.

Also, IGI Prudential Insurance is going to give 9.73 percent bonus shares to shareholders in the fiscal year 080/081.

Also, United Ajod Insurance had given 10.26 percent bonus shares and 0.54 percent cash dividend to shareholders in the previous fiscal year 079/080, but has not published any information regarding dividends this year.
