Kathmandu. Investors of United E.D. Mardi & R.B. Hydropower Limited will get 4 percent bonus shares. The company has decided to give 4 percent bonus shares and 0.211 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes) to its investors from the profit of the last fiscal year.
Similarly, the company has also decided to issue right shares to its investors in the ratio of one share for one share.
The company has also called an annual general meeting on Chaitra 11 for the purpose of issuing dividends and right shares. The company has set the book close for Falgun 23.
