Kathmandu. NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited has become the company that has acquired almost all the shares in the undistributed right share auction of Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LIC Nepal).
The company has acquired 475,700 units of undistributed right shares out of the total 492,577 units from the general public.
NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited is a listed company investing in various sectors of Nepal. In recent days, the company has been aggressively active in investment mobilization.
Most of the directors were selected from among those who had purchased shares from the secondary market and were familiar with the stock market, replacing the previous founding shareholders from the previous annual general meeting.
