Karnali. The foundation stone of the construction of a lake has been laid for the implementation of the Bulbule Master Plan. Karnali Province Chief Minister Yamalal Kandel laid the foundation stone of the plan today.
Laying the foundation stone of the plan, Chief Minister Kandel said that the cooperation of stakeholders is necessary in the construction of development structures including Bulbule Lake, an excellent tourist destination of Karnali Province.
He said, ‘Lay the foundation stone with pomp and show, but do not work in a way that will lead to austerity later. Work in a way that will earn rewards while working. There is no need to pay additional fees. There is no problem in payment anywhere.’
He informed that the work of Kakre Bihar including Bulbule Lake is gradually progressing and the construction of Chaughan Chaur, which is connected to the Ministry of Social Development, will also begin in the near future.
Shikhar Chapai, Chief of the Land and Watershed Management Office, Surkhet, said that a construction agreement was signed with Praveen Nirman Sewa Surkhet on Falgun 4, with the completion date being Ashar 10 of the current fiscal year.
A contract agreement has been signed at a cost of Rs 12,36,863 for the expansion of the lake with an area of 4,200 square meters and the construction of necessary infrastructure.
