Kathmandu. Ncell has launched a new prepaid service ‘Always On Renewal Pack’ with the aim of bringing about a significant change in the country’s mobile service sector by providing its customers with convenient and affordable packages in telecommunication services.
The company has launched a new service through renewal packs that will enable customers to take advantage of various unlimited services according to their budget for a month without any hassle.
The company stated that the objective of the renewal pack is to enable Nepali customers to stay always on or connected by eliminating their dependence on relatively expensive Pay As You Go and small packs that have to be purchased repeatedly. .
The main feature of these packs is that the unused data, talk time, and SMS will not be wasted. This means that such services and facilities will be added to the services and facilities of the next month. These packs can be easily purchased through the Ncell app or by dialing *123*9#, or by visiting the nearest Ncell retailer store i.e. Point of Sales.
These packs are always on renewal packs i.e. renewed every 30 days of the month, and in these packs, customers can benefit from service access for a full month. The company has stated that this has an additional two days of validity compared to the 28 days of the regular Always On pack.
These packs include unlimited video streaming on YouTube, unlimited night data for browsing the internet at night and downloading various content, and in some packs, customers get unlimited All Nepal talk time service to call their family, friends and colleagues for a month.

Under the renewal pack, Ncell has launched three types of packs – Best Renewal Pack, Unlimited Pack and other voice and data renewal. Under the first Best, there are packs of 399, 499, and 599 per month including tax.
This includes voice, data, and SMS as well as unlimited YouTube, unlimited night data. According to the pack, customers get 8GB to 20GB of data, 399 to 599 minutes of All Nepal talk time, and 39 to 59 All Nepal SMS.
The second unlimited renewal pack includes packs of 799, 999, and 1,499 including tax. In these packs, customers can call any Nepali network with unlimited All Nepal talk time, unlimited YouTube, unlimited night data, as well as 30GB to 100GB of data and 79 to 149 All Nepal SMS services, according to the pack, the bank has informed.
Similarly, there are packs that only provide data and voice under the third renewal service. For example, Ncell has popular voices from 199 to 449. Similarly, the data includes packs starting from Rs 299.
Ncell has carefully designed the pack purchase process so that renewals are not unexpected for customers, so that customers get advance information about the renewal time/date.
Also, the company has stated that customers will also have the option to purchase packs regularly before the renewal time comes.
