Sipradi becomes aggressive in the EV market, upgrades top variant ‘Curve’ Nection and Tiago

Kathmandu. Tata has launched its new SUV ‘Curve’ EV in the Nepali market. Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., the official dealer for Nepal, organized a program on Sunday to launch the Curve EV.

Sipradi Trading Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rajan Babu Shrestha said that Sipradi has started selling the Curve EV after successfully testing it in Nepal. According to him, only the top variant of the ‘Curve’ EV will be available in Nepal.

CEO Shrestha said that the Tata Curve EV with its attractive design and cutting-edge technology is expected to become popular in the auto market once it is launched in the Nepali market.

The Curve EV has a 55 kWh lithium-ion battery. CEO Shrestha informed that it can run from 380 to 400 kilometers on a full charge. According to CEO Shrestha, this vehicle can accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 9 seconds. The vehicle has a length of 4,310 millimeters, a width of 1,810 millimeters, a height of 1,630 mm and a wheelbase of 2,560 millimeters. The EV, which has a ground clearance of 119 millimeters, is fitted with 18-inch tires.

The dashboard of the vehicle has a 12.3-inch floating infotainment touchscreen, touch-based climate control bottom, steering wheel, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with navigation.

It has received a five-star rating in safety. The vehicle has features like 6 airbags, 360-degree camera, rotary drive selector, wireless charging pad, panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, JBL sound system, electric parking brake, auto hold, hill start descent assist, ESP, drive alert, blind spot monitor and level 2 aids.

The price of the Curve EV is set at 56 lakh 99 thousand rupees. The Curve EV is available in 2 colors – white and gray. Similarly, Tata has also launched a new model of the Tata Tiago EV in the Nepali market along with the Curve EV. The price of Tiago EV is Rs 27.49 lakh.

Tata has given the Keetri a panoramic roof. This makes the car look more stylish. The car has a 98 kWh battery. There is a 190 mm ground clearance. Which the company believes will make off-road driving easier. The car has a 360-degree camera. Similarly, a 360-liter boot space has been given.

The company claims that it is a safe family car. This car has received a 5-star safety rating from India NCAP. The company’s Nexon EV had become a very popular brand. In the early days, the company used to deliver the vehicle only after waiting for a long time when the demand for the Nexon EV increased.

The company has changed the same model and introduced the Nexon K3. The company has kept the slogan ‘Nexon K3 as a changer’ EV. Tata has launched the Tiago EV targeting female drivers. The company claims that the Tiago EV is suitable for a great experience at a low price.
