Kathmandu. The stock market has increased by double digits on the first trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has increased by 11.06 points to close at 2755.40.
On Sunday, 212,605 shares of 328 companies were bought and sold, resulting in a turnover of Rs 11,548,337,612.
On Sunday, while the share prices of 91 companies increased, the share prices of 148 companies decreased, while the share prices of 4 companies remained stable.
The highest turnover was recorded by Himalayan Re Insurance and Citizen Life Insurance. Himalayan Re Insurance has a turnover of Rs 956.4 million, while Citizen Life Insurance has collected Rs 614.8 million.
Also, on Aitbar 1, the share price of the company has entered a positive circuit. The share price of Reliance Finance has decreased by 7.24 percent.
