Kathmandu. The 65th Annual General Meeting of Nepal Bank Limited has been called. As per the decision of the company’s Board of Directors held on Falgun 8, the meeting will be held on Wednesday, Chaitra 6 at 10:30 am at the Nepal APF Club in Halchowk, Kathmandu. The meeting will present the annual resolution of the last fiscal year. The meeting will pass the audit report and other financial statements.
The meeting will appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and determine his remuneration.
The meeting will also decide on a proposal to elect 3 directors to represent the general shareholders as per the provisions of the bank’s regulations.
Also, the bank has decided to close its books on Falgun 22 for the purpose of the general meeting. Accordingly, only shareholders who have held shares until Falgun 21 will be able to participate in the meeting.
