Kathmandu. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel has said that Nepal will exit the grey list ahead of schedule.
Giving a brief response after the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) placed Nepal on the grey list, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Poudel said, “This situation has arisen due to failure to complete the scheduled work within the stipulated time in the past. Nepal’s action plan has been approved by the Paris meeting. We will exit the grey list ahead of schedule by working effectively according to the action plan.”
