MAW Earthmovers launches JCB NXT series mechanical excavators in Nepal

Kathmandu. MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with JCB India has successfully launched the latest excavators of the JCB NXT series, JCB NXT 221 LC Fuel Master and JCB NXT 225 LCM Tracked Excavators.

The event saw the handover of keys to 11 customers who purchased JCB excavators immediately after the exhibition of special machine presentations. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Deepak Shetty, CEO and MD, JCB India and Vishnu Agarwal, Chairman, MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. .

Themed ‘Leader in Excavators’, the launch event highlighted JCB’s commitment to manufacturing highly suitable and durable excavation machinery for Nepal’s developing infrastructure market.

The JCB NXT 221 LC Fuel Master delivers maximum energy efficiency and performs effectively in complex excavation tasks, while the JCB NXT 225 LCM Tracked Excavator offers exceptional hydraulic features for increased productivity.

This product line will contribute to Nepal’s road infrastructure development, The company has stated that it will provide extensive support to advance national infrastructure projects, along with increased public investment in hydropower and urban expansion projects.

During the event, Bishnu Agarwal, Chairman of MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Similarly, Deepak Shetty, JCB India, said that Vridya will continue to introduce advanced technologies and sustainable solutions to improve operational performance.

Along with this, ensuring that customers receive quality service and support, JCB has also introduced an impressive warranty scheme for the new machines.

Accordingly, the JCB NXT 221 LC Fuel Master has a 2-year or 5,000-hour warranty, while the JCB NXT 225 LCM tracked excavator has a 5-year or 10,000-hour warranty. In addition, a special promotional offer has also been introduced to offer a trip to the UK to all customers of both machines who purchase before the end of February 2025.

The company said that this launch of the JCB NXT series is sure to be a fresh example of JCB’s dedication to supplying state-of-the-art machinery to the construction industry in Nepal.

The grand launch event held at The Plaza in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur was attended by around 700 stakeholders, including government representatives, construction industry leaders, customers and dealers.
