Kathmandu. Upper Huwakhola Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue right shares. As per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Falgun 7, it has been decided to apply to the Electricity Regulatory Commission for prior approval to issue 100 percent right shares.
The company is going to issue the shares to invest in the 15-megawatt Sisuwa Khola Hydropower Project and to repay the debt incurred while constructing the 8.5-megawatt Upper Hewakhola Small Hydropower Project, the company has informed through a notice.
