Kathmandu. Sanima Capital has opened the issue and sale of Sanima Flexi Fund worth Rs 1 billion from today (Falgun 6). The sale of the Sanima Flexi Fund, an open-ended scheme operated under Sanima Mutual Fund, has been opened.
The company has stated that the capital will open the sale of 100 million units of Rs 1 billion at the rate of Rs 10 per unit. Of which, 40 percent, or 40 million units worth Rs 400 million, have been put up for sale by Capital in the first phase.
Out of the 40 million units, 13 million units have been sold to the fund promoter Sanima Bank, 2 million units to Sanima Capital, and the remaining 25 million units to general investors.
A minimum of 100 units to 4 million units can be applied for in the Capital fund. Applications can be made for the fund’s units until Falgun 11. If the units are not sold by that time, applications can be made until Falgun 20, the company has stated.
Sanima Capital is the fund’s issuance and sales manager.
