Kathmandu. The Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Bin Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited for the issuance of FPO. The board has granted permission to the company to issue an FPO of Rs 51 lakh 29 thousand 250 on Magh 30.

The company has granted permission for 51 thousand 292 units at a nominal value of Rs 100. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is the issue and sale manager of the company.
