Kathmandu. Himalayan Everest Insurance is going to distribute dividends to shareholders. The company’s board of directors meeting held on Magh 29 has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The company has announced that it will distribute 8.75 percent cash dividend (including tax on dividends) from the current paid-up capital of Rs 218.763 crore.
The company has stated that the dividend will be distributed after being approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and passed by the upcoming annual general meeting.
