Kathmandu. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has urged the private sector to bring a concrete proposal to re-operate sick industries in a partnership format. In a meeting of the Industry-Commerce Promotion Dialogue Council held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers today, he urged the government to bring a concrete proposal for re-operation as soon as possible as the government is ready to move to a government-private sector partnership format.

The Prime Minister said that the laws and regulations will be made and amended to facilitate the needs and requirements of the concerned sectors, and said that the government is ready to support the private sector for economic prosperity. He said that he has instructed the concerned bodies to take stern action against irregularities found in customs and revenue, emphasizing that since development cannot be achieved through capital alone, the country should be developed with the mindset of acquiring wealth.
