Kathmandu. The Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sons Limited to issue FPO.
The microfinance company will issue 195,774 units of FPO worth 195,777,300 rupees at a price of 100 rupees per unit. The company is being managed by NMB Capital.
