Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has launched the ‘Mahalaxmi Call Center’ in line with the bank’s policy of providing state-of-the-art, secure and easy banking facilities to its customers. As a transformative change in banking services, this service has been launched by further expanding the services available traditionally.
The ‘Mahalaxmi Call Center’ launched by the bank will provide information on customer support, address customer queries and complaints, provide information on financial services, address technical problems related to digital banking, maintain records of complaints received from customers and take steps to resolve them. The bank will address the complaints/inquiries/complaints received through the call center within a specified time.

The bank has recently launched ‘Mahalakshmi Smart Sathi’ by refining its mobile application in line with the bank’s policy of providing customers with state-of-the-art, secure and easy digital banking facilities.
