Kathmandu. Mahesh Shrestha has been elected as the president of the student organization ANRFSU, close to the CPN (Unified Socialist Party). The organization’s central committee meeting held at the party office on Friday appointed Shrestha as the president. Earlier, he was the general secretary of the organization. Aarti Lama was dismissed from the Akhil after the party put forward the concept of one person, one post.
Similarly, Rajan Sharma Parajuli has been elected as the general secretary of the organization. He was an office member of the organization until now. Shrestha started student politics from Ratna Rajya Lakshmi Campus in the capital, while Parajuli started student politics from Prithvi Narayan Campus in Pokhara.
Shreshta is considered a skilled organizer and manager, while Parajuli has created an image of a strong speaker.
Tribhuvan University is preparing to hold the Independent Students Union elections on Chaitra 5th. They have expressed their commitment to making the organization more powerful through the Independent Students Union elections. They say that they will also contribute to the restructuring of the student movement.
