Kathmandu. IGI Prudential Insurance has declared a cash dividend of 9.7368 percent to shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 080.081. As per the decision of the board of directors of the company held on Magh 23, it has been decided to distribute a cash dividend of 9.7368 percent (including tax) to the shareholders.
Also, it has been informed through a notice that the proposed cash dividend will be distributed after the approval of the regulator Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming annual general meeting of the company.
