Kathmandu. Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up for sale the founder shares. The company has put up for sale 20,000 units of shares in the name of Sana Kisan Agricultural Cooperative Society.
The said shares have been put up for sale through auction at the rate of Rs 300 per share. Shareholders can apply for the purchase of a minimum of 1,000 shares and a maximum of 5,000 shares.
Founding shareholders interested in purchasing shares can apply to the head office of NIC Asia Capital and the organization by collecting the necessary documents within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
Also, the company has informed through a notice that if the purchase is not made by the founding shareholders within the specified period, the company will proceed with the sale process to another person or organization as per the law.
