Kathmandu. Kumari Bank Limited has concluded its twenty-fourth annual general meeting. The meeting approved the annual report of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2080/81, including the audit report. The balance sheet, profit and loss account and other financial statements up to the end of Ashadha 2080/81 have been passed.
The assembly has also passed a proposal to appoint an external auditor for the financial year 2081/82 and fix his remuneration.
Kumari Bank, which has been providing banking services continuously for the past 23 years, has been providing easy, secure, modern and effective services to its customers through its 302 branch network, 316 ATMs, 50 extension counters and 54 branchless banking units across the country.
