Gandaki. Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the Congress should now be organized in a unified manner among its leaders and cadres to make it a majority party. Inaugurating an orientation program on organization and contemporary context for provincial presidents and heads of the training department organized by the Nepali Congress Central Policy, Research and Training Institute in Pokhara today, party president Deuba said that even though it is difficult for one party to get a majority due to the existing inclusive and proportional political system, the Congress will get a majority if there is a united effort.

‘Now we have adopted an inclusive and proportional political system, it is difficult for any one party to get a majority,’ he said. ‘Nevertheless, we have succeeded in making the largest party. Moreover, if there is heartfelt unity among all the party members, we can make the Congress a majority party in the future.’
