Kathmandu. The stock market has turned green on the first trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose by 69.80 points to 2,727.58.

On Sunday, 24.848 million 48 thousand 79 shares of 330 companies were bought and sold, resulting in a turnover of Rs 12.95 billion 57 million 64 thousand 136.

Although the stock market was green on Sunday, the shares of one company have entered a negative circuit. Today, the shares of community microfinance institutions have entered a negative circuit.

Similarly, shares of 62 companies have declined, including Saptakoshi Development Bank by 8.20 percent, Century Debenture by 7.75 percent, and Upper Mailung Khola Hydropower by 5.85 percent.
