kathmandu Kavya School embraces the move to clean energy by adding 16 Higer electric vans to its fleet. Kathmandu based Shasheela Motors PVT. LTD. has completed the handed over of all 16 vehicles positioning itself as a key contributor in Nepal’s shift towards EVs.
Santosh Khatiwada, the managing director at Shasheela Motors handed over the keys to Mr. Nawaraj Baskota the principal of Kavya School in a ceremony held at the school grounds in New Baneshwor. The school has bought 3EVs with 70 kwh battery capacity that provides 300km range and 13Evs with 50kwh battery capacity that provides 235km range.
Principle Baskota, in his statement mentioned the trust he has in Higer Brand and Mr. Khatiwada as the major reason to buy the vehicles. He further stated that he believed the new EV vans would boost the quality of service provided to the students.
The managing director of Shasheela Motors, Mr. Khatiwada stated that his primary focus is not only to sell EVs but to provide quality after sales service for the vehicles. He promised to provide all the required spare parts and excellent service to ensure the prolonged life of the vehicles.
