Kathmandu. City Hotel Limited has appointed a sales manager for the issue of right shares. Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the company’s right share issue and sales manager.
The company had approved the issue of right shares in the ratio of 1:0.8 from the current paid-up capital at the ninth annual general meeting held on Poush 26.
